Top Ten Tuesday #7

Hello! Hello! Hello!

Today is Tuesday so you know what that means! It’s time for Top Ten Tuesday! Top Ten Tuesday is a bookish weekly meme that is currently run by Jana over at That Artsy Reader Girl.

This week’s (February 18th, 2020) topic: The Last Ten Books That Gave Me a Book Hangover.  Allons-y!

I decide to stick to books I’ve read in the last four months

I very recently read The Raven Cycle series in its entirety and absolutely loved it. Maggie Stiefvater is one of my favourite authors and an auto-buy.

I was happy to read Star Wars Resistance Reborn just before the last movie came out. I got to meet up with the characters again so my hangover wasn’t too long. The Devouring Gray is one of my favourite novels. I just reread it for the TBR & Beyond Book Club and was so happy to revisit it but it still gave me a book hangover again. And of course there is going to be a Jay Kristoff book on this list lol. Aurora Rising was so good. I absolutely can’t wait for the sequel to come out.

Let’s chat!

What was the last book that gave you a book hangover? Leave me a comment.

  1. I pushed through those hangover feels with Aurora Rising coz otherwise I would’ve completely messed up the buddy read I had scheduled right after but that one definitely had high book hangover vibes 😂 I still haven’t read anything by Steifvater but I have the first book of The Raven Cycle and can’t wait to read it 🙂 Great list, Mir!

  2. I don’t get book hangovers very often, but once in a while a book just stuns me and I can’t do anything for a while. My last book like that was Hollow Kingdom😁
